"Only the dead survive."
I quite like science fiction and horror, so...
I just wanted to make something based around one of my favourite games, Dead Space. And since Dead Space 2 is coming, continuing the story of Isaac Clarke, the tormented hero of the first game, I created this. Dead Space is pretty much video-gaming's answer to 'Alien', and it is quite excellent.
Dead Space 2 will take place three years after the Ishimura incident, where a space city called 'The Sprawl' suddenly becomes infected, and Isaac (who is cracked and insane) is dragged back into the mess of things. He confronts worse nightmarish creatures, a mysterious conspiracy, and his own fucked up mind.
I look forward to it. Isaac actually... talks and stuff now. Much appreciated, Visceral.
The title comes from a Rob Dougan song called "Speed Me Towards Death". Thought it sort of fits Isaac. You can listen to it here:
